ABOUT PROJECT

Our project aims to tackle the challenge of fake news and disinformation, focusing on unemployed citizens and small business owners who are particularly vulnerable in the digital age. At its heart, the initiative is about empowering these groups through a comprehensive approach that combines education and technology.

The project starts with a detailed assessment of the specific needs and challenges faced by our target audience. Based on this, we are developing a tailored curriculum that focuses on critical thinking and digital literacy, essential skills for discerning credible information online. This curriculum is brought to life through interactive workshops and webinars, delivered by specially trained educators who are skilled in engaging and effective teaching methods.

A key component of our project is the development of a user-friendly digital tool. This tool is designed to help users identify fake news and verify information, serving as a practical application of the skills learned in the program. Continuous monitoring and evaluation ensure that the program remains effective and responsive to participants’ needs. Additionally, we create a support network for graduates, fostering ongoing learning and community engagement.
